• EXCHANGES / RETURNS

Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to the nature of our products. Please kindly review your order before placing it. We have a full ingredient listing for every product, please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering.  

• DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• TERM OF SERVICE

Please note that many of our products, especially our body butters, scrubs are made with oils, butters that will melt in high temperatures. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and in the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. Whipped body butters and scrubs can be whipped back up once cool.
