Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped from Montreal and are processed within 3-5 business days of being placed (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Please note that we cannot control Canada Post transit times.  

 

  • LOST ORDERS IN THE MAIL

Once your package is shipped, we are no longer responsible, we do not replace lost or stolen packages. However you can contact the Postal service for a claim.

 

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You are responsible for any import fee and custom/tax fees.
