Processing time - 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) is how long it takes us to make and pack your order.

Shipping time is how long it will take the postal service to deliver your order.

Please note that many of our products, especially our body butters, scrubs are made with oils, butters that will melt in high temperatures. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and in the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. Whipped body butters and scrubs can be whipped back up once cool.
